We are currently seeking a Customer Success Specialist (French, English & Spanish speaking) for our Belgium Team – the office is located in Brussels but the job is a mix of on-site and remote.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will join the Customer Success team to provide a helping hand to our customers who are growing their influencer marketing activities with the Stellar platform: https://stellar.io/influencer-marketing-platform/

Our team quickly adapts to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem-solving and a thorough knowledge of how Stellar works.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Be responsible for delivering services including support, onboarding, training, and ongoing advisory
  • Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues/ troubleshoot through chat, email, and phone when necessary.
  • Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers to move forward
  • Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate a variety of features within Stellar
  • Communicate regularly with top customers to increase adoption, promote new features, ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to FAQ and Newsletter creations
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team, and identify opportunities for existing customers to use more of our platform or services
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team, being the conduit of feedback between Stellar customers and the Stellar product team.
