Senior PHP Developer - Brussels 🇧🇪

Job description

The Stellar Tech team is currently seeking for a new Senior PHP Developer. The role is based at our Brussels office but we offer a mix of on-site and remote work opportunities.

Stellar tech is the ultimate tech solution for companies seeking to take their influencer marketing campaigns to new heights. Used in more than 35 countries, our comprehensive solution maximizes the power of AI, enabling us to effectively identify influencers, accurately forecast campaign performance and measure ROI.

As a Senior PHP Developer you will be involved in all aspects of our back-end systems, 

in order to explore emerging tools and concepts, develop innovative solutions at the forefront of the digital marketing industry, and work on specific projects critical to the success of the product.

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Designing the software architecture of projects using PHP and Symfony.
  • Work on analysis, strategy, development, production, as well as to contribute to code deployment and configuration automation.
  • Designing and managing complex APIs.
  • Perform general collaborative tasks such as project management in agile methodology and code reviews.
  • Conducting research and evaluations of new technologies.

We are looking for someone who:

  • possesses at least 3-5 years of expertise in software architecture using PHP and Symfony
  • excels in designing and optimizing databases
  • demonstrates advanced proficiency in optimizing the performance of Redis, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch
  • has a strong command of source code management techniques and a thorough understanding of web application security
  • possesses in-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies, including load and security testing
  • excels in designing and managing complex RESTful APIs, including the integration of third-party APIs
  • actively applies Kanban principles to project management
  • is capable of conducting comprehensive code reviews and leading pair programming sessions
  • masters CI/CD principles and practices
  • is fluent in both French and English, with strong communication skills
  • has excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • is available for ⅘ or full-time employment

Customer Success Advocate - Brussels 🇧🇪

Job description

We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Success Advocate (French & English speaker) for our Belgium Team – the office is located in Brussels, in the dynamic Louise neighborhood, but the job is a mix of on-site and remote.

As a Customer Success Advocate, you are responsible for ensuring that all our customers achieve their desired outcomes, have a positive experience with our platform and related services. In close collaboration with the CS Team Lead, you’ll also manage a strategic part of our client portfolio.

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Dive headfirst into customer success by being in charge of onboarding, product demos, comprehensive training sessions, and providing ongoing advisory support. You’ll be there to guide our clients every step of the way. (Chat, phone, email, online meetings, and on-site encounters).
  • Be the guiding light for our customers as you expertly navigate them through Stellar’s vast array of features, answering their how-to questions and ensuring they make the most of our platform.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, spark adoption, unveil exciting new features, and ensure their loyalty through retention and extra service opportunities.
  • Prepare to champion renewals and upsell deals like a true pro
  • Get ready to uncover opportunities for revenue growth as you delve deep into our customer base and unearth untapped potential.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success/account management roles or similar
  • Is fluent in both French and English, a third language is a great plus
  • Is passionate about working with customers and finding solutions that make their goals possible
  • Has strong conflict-resolutionskills
  • Is an outstanding communicator
  • Finds creative problem-solving fulfilling, and thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Adapts quickly to changing priorities and customer needs
  • Knowledge of digital/influencer marketing is a great plus

Customer Success Assistant (Internship) - Brussels 🇧🇪

Job description

The Stellar Tech team is looking for a new Customer Success Assistant (Internship) from June 2024. The position can be based in our Brussels office, but we offer a mix of on-site and teleworking.

A few days’ training in Brussels is expected.

As a Customer Success Assistant you will join the Customer Success team to support our customers in their use of the tool: onboarding, support, helping to prepare discussions/analyses, taking part in thinking about our customer experience and how we can improve it, etc.

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Help the team to offer the best service and support to our customers (chat, call, email, …)
  • Give onboarding and training sessions to our customers so that they maximize their use of the platform from day one.
  • Assist the Customer Success Specialist and Team Lead in their daily tasks and interactions with customers. This involves actively assisting with content writing, discussion preparation, data analysis, proposing innovative solutions in the field of customer experience and influencer marketing, etc.

Your profile:

  • You are currently studying for a degree in communications, business, marketing or public relations.
  • You have an excellent command of French and English. Another language is a plus.
  • You have excellent spelling and verbal presentation skills in English and French.
  • You have a flair for customer relations and management, with an interest in digital marketing.

Marketing & Communication Assistant (Internship) - Brussels 🇧🇪

Job description

Stellar is looking for a creative, organized and autonomous intern who will help support the Marketing & Communications team’s efforts to promote the Stellar brand (corporate communications) and its entities (brand and product communications).

This role is a unique opportunity to work across multiple markets and a range of channels and techniques: from digital content writing to Community management to SEO and Social Ads.

Your role & responsibilities:

● Writing / helping to write and publish blog articles, press releases, newsletters and customer success stories.
● Community management: content research, editorial planning, creation of posts for social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
● Website updating
● Help with large-scale content projects (studies, white papers, webinars)
● Updating sales and corporate presentations (PowerPoint)
● Competitor watch
● Weekly monitoring of “trending” brands on Instagram and TikTok in support of sales teams.

Your profile:

● Studies in communications, marketing or business school
● Highly creative
● Very good writing skills in French
● Writing skills in English are a big plus
● Knowledge of graphic design and publishing tools (e.g. Canva)
● Notions in graphic design is a plus (ex: Photoshop, Illustrator, …)
● Experience with a CMS is a plus (e.g. WordPress)
