Job description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Business Developer Manager to join the Stellar team. This role reports to our Head of Sales and involves developing our international sales presence and growth in French-speaking markets. Whether you want to work in our offices (in Brussels or Paris) or remotely, we offer flexible working options.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for our Stellar solution in French-speaking countries (software and add-on services such as consultancy or integration)
- Manage the Representative Business Developer (RDB).
- Develop and manage a customer portfolio by actively prospecting and achieving your objectives.
- Identify and qualify prospects upstream of the sales process.
- Building and maintaining a solid pipeline, based on performance indicators.
- Presenting Stellar to customers (online or face-to-face meetings when necessary) and convincing them of its added value.
- Create appropriate commercial offers.
Seek out powerful partnerships and innovative strategies for maximum scalability. - Identify and take part in trade fairs and other commercial events in France and abroad.
- Collaborate with the Product team to share feedback and participate in innovation.
- Working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure optimum customer care.
Your profile:
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in selling digital products or services – experience in software is a plus.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, customer relations and market development strategy skills.
- Results-oriented: Motivated by achieving and exceeding team objectives.
- Languages: French as mother tongue and proficient in English.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of social networks and digital; knowledge of influencer marketing is a plus.
- CRM: Proficiency in customer relationship management tools.
