How does your pricing work?

We’re a tiered subscription service, and our pricing is based on the number of influencers you import as well as the plan that’s best for you. Check out our handy calculator above to get a personalized quote pronto.

What if I reach my influencers limit?

We'll send you an email when you reach your influencers limit. You won’t be able to access your influencers list and/or reporting until you move your account to the next tier.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes of course. We offer monthly and yearly plans. A lot of our customers prefer to go for yearly because they’re the most economical choice - you can save up to 15%. But monthly is totally cool too, and has one additional advantage: you can cancel your plan at any time.

What forms of payment do you accept and can I get an invoice?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards to pay for any plans - everything is securely handled by Adyen. If you sign up for an annual subscription and subscribe to the Premium plan we can arrange for a bank transfer - Contact us to start the process. Whatever the option you use, you can download an invoice directly in your Settings under Billing Informations

Can I change my plan?

Sure. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan any time you want.

What is your refund policy?

You will be billed immediately after subscribing to a paying plan or upgrading your account from freemium to paying plan. If you choose the monthly subscription, and you decide to unsubscribe, you will only pay the month you’re currently in. If you choose the yearly subscription, you will get a 5% discount and the whole year will be billed. If you decide to upgrade your paid plan, you will get a refund of the remaining time of your current plan before paying the new plan.
